OH MY G… uh… i mean… JUNIOR MINTS!!….
ive been meaning to post this entry all week however due to technical problems (bloody youtube!) and time constraints this has become inpossible to do… and left as a task for the weekend… oh well for those of you who have waited here you go the first installment…

Hi everyone,
Tim here, umm… ive been trying to write this blog entry every night this week but realized it was either far too late at night or that i had work the next day so ive been leaving it for today. Uhh… i think there is ALOT to cover so im expecting this blog to be REALLY long… Oh and this might also be because of all the pictures and stuff as well.
So… to kick things off… yesterday, i went to see Death Cab For Cutie LIVE at the Enmore Theatre. Wait… let me step back a bit… i want to start from the beginning of the day.
Okay… so yesterday was a monday which meant work… and this meant that if i wanted to go see death cab for cutie that night i would have to bring a change of clothes to work. After spending most of sunday night thinking of what to wear i decided that ill just have to go with the flow and wear whatever i grab in the morning. (this ended up being a pretty good choice) And so, then i headed off to work, the trip was just like every other morning, i didn’t get a seat on the bus and i had to stand the whole way. (not that i mind standing but i just thought you should know)
Anyways… the day at work was very strange… i had come to work prepared for a long and excruciating day, however, the hours just flew by… i found this extremely strange because usually when there is something that you are looking forward to at the end of the day, time will propagate and stretch to seem like it is moving slower then it actually is… however, this did not happen…
After breaking the laws of physics i went to the change rooms to change into some more suitable clothes for the concert, i also took a couple of pictures for the “what im wearing” page of my blog and then headed out to meet my friends, gino, dean and mark. From there we traveled to Newtown and to the Enmore theatre where we met up with rohit (Suds) and daniel.
We had arived extremely early which got us at the very front of the line, while we waited, I wanted to take some pictures of us under the sign with our hands up in the air! However it seemed that my friends cared too much about how they would look to the other people around us… so i did it alone.
After we had waited in line for about an hour the doors were opened and people rushed into the venue much like hounds released at race track. However before we were allowed entry, the security guards informed us that our bags were meant to be placed into the cloak room, in a desperate attempt to keep our spot in the line we sacrificed dean making him our pack horse and sent him to the cloak room with all of our bags. This gave the rest of us the chance to run to the merchandise stall to purchase our shirts.
After purchasing our shirts we made our way to our seats. Where we go into a heated argument about whether the singer from the support band An Horse was male or female. After hearing her voice i had immediately said that she was female however dean continued to argue that she looked like a male… Seeing no end to this argument i resorted to using the internet on my phone to look up the band on wikipedia to find and answer to our questions, i was right, she was a she.
An Horse
After An Horse played we waited and waited… until… all of a sudden the lights dimmed… surrounding us in black, the audience fell into an awkward silence as everyone waited for the band… within the darkness the silhouettes of the band walked across the stage and then, everyone fell into an uproar as the band members picked up their instruments and we were graced by the opening notes of Bixby Canyon Bridge.
